Our mind can play games with how we approach the choices we make and the worst part of this is that we so often allow it to!
So I have put together this second video to let you know how to recognize your negative voices, how to recognize the link between your emotions and the unhealthy foods you may choose and what you can do to change your current habits to form new ones.
