Emotional Eating Part 3
I did my weekly grocery shop yesterday as always, I buy my food on a Sunday so I can prepare and cook it ready for the week ahead.
I have to be honest with you, it really upsets me when I see so many foods in the store that are supposedly ‘healthy’ or ‘low fat’ that truthfully most contain ingredients that we can rarely pronounce let alone know what they are!
A lot of the chemicals found in so many foods that are often called ‘healthy’ by the food manufacturers actually mess with the chemical balance in our bodies. This leads to an imbalance within our endocrine system which can then help send our emotions off to crazy town!

Great 3 part series Steph. People do not understand the poisons (wrapped up in pretty packages) they daily put into their bodies. As you can see, people are getting sicker with more frequency. It is time to educate ourselves as to what our bodies need to stay healthy, so we can live long and strong. The campaigns out there to keep people sick needs to end.
