Fat Loss Holiday Workout
This week following on the holiday theme, I’ve put together a special ‘fat loss’ holiday workout for you.
If you’re like me then you will like to mix things up and you’ll have great fun doing this because it will help you to burn away any unwanted body fat that may otherwise appear.
Do this holiday workout 3 x per week and make sure you leave 24 hours in between each workout.
Please ensure that you warm – up before you begin the workout.
Try 4 minutes running, followed by 2 minutes air boxing or anything that will warm up your upper and lower body!
Perform each fat loss exercise one after the other without any rest.
Once you have finished the entire circuit, rest for 1 minute and then repeat the entire circuit again gradually building up to 3 x.
Dumbbell Chest Press – 10 reps
Push – ups (fast) – 20 reps
Dumbbell Lunges – 10 reps each leg

Hi,
This workout sounds fun, yet challenging! What are Y squats?
I am working at losing 6 pounds by Christmas.
Hi Vee
To do a Y Squat, Stand with your arms above your head in the shape of a Y, palms facing forward and pull your shoulder blades together keeping them that way throughout the exercise. Next feet must be shoulder width apart. Squat down as if you were sitting into a chair keeping your arms up. The great thing about this exercise is it also works your upper back.
Good luck with losing the 6 pounds. Let me know how you get on.
