Keeping to Your Fat Loss Goals

You know the one where the majority of the members have promised themselves that they will workout at least 4x times each week to lose the weight that they’ve gained over the holidays but usually the motivation and determination has vanished by the end of February! The workouts are more often than not designed by an inexperienced fitness instructor, this usually includes hours and hours of slow pointless cardio and the worst thing of all it doesn’t include any weights or if it does you’re looking at a couple of resistance machines thrown in…
