Swiss Ball Jacknife
Here’s how to perform the Swiss Ball Jacknife:
< Get into a push up position
< Place your shins on top of your Swiss ball
< Keep your abs tight
< Tuck your knees into your body rolling the ball towards your hands
< Your back will naturally go into a hunch position
< Hold for a count of 2 and return to the start
Repeat for 12 reps
While performing this flat stomach exercise, keep your abs pulled in tight to ensure you’re getting the full effects and using correct form!
