Sophisticated drinking without the hangover!
Not drinking too much alcohol is pretty smart when following a healthy living plan so in case you didn’t know the facts…
Alcohol is full of sugar and puts a strain on your digestive system and liver. Alcohol is also a diuretic; it causes water loss and dehydration. You also lose important minerals, potassium, magnesium and zinc. These minerals are vital to the maintenance of fluid balance, muscle contraction and relaxation.
Alcohol contains 7 calories per gram and offers absolutely zero nutritional value. That said its fine every so often just not every day in large quantities!
If you were to make this delicious mocktail into an adult cocktail then add 100ml of white rum to the jug before blending.
