Steph has been working as a qualified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach for over 11 years and has worked with some high profile clients such as P!nk, Tina Brown [The Daily Beast] and Amy Jempson [OK!] to name just a few. Steph works with clients through one on one Personal Training as well as online eCoaching.
Having built up a busy offline business as a fitness coach in the UK, Steph wanted to reach out and help more women get the amazing results her one on one clients were achieving. Steph discovered the online world of Fitness Coaching and decided that this was a new level of contribution she could make to women’s lives on a daily basis.
Steph believes that you don’t have to belong to a gym to get great results, she has helped women change their body with little or no equipment and help change their bad habits into positive ones through constant motivation and experienced coaching techniques.
As Steph’s clients are often have very busy schedules with work demands, family commitments and travel; she knows that leading a healthy lifestyle needs to fit into each person’s own personal lifestyle plan. Steph uses her specially designed and proven home workouts which fit in between the rest of your daily activities. Steph uses The Flat Stomach Solution body transformation system with all of her fitness coaching clients, which gets them amazing results every time.

Steph lives near the beautiful Peak District in England surrounded by inspirational countryside. Steph writes regular articles on fitness and nutrition which are published in both magazines and online. Steph is passionate about helping women from all over the world begin their own personal journey towards health and wellbeing.
In 2007 Steph was diagnosed with a condition called Fibromyalgia. Steph currently manages her Fibromyalgia through following a healthy lifestyle, listening to her body, and using her experiences and knowledge to help others.
Steph believes that whether you have Fibromayalgia or anything else with the potential to hold you back, you must listen to your body and take time out when it needs, but never allow it to stop you living every day with passion! Steph encourages everyone she comes in to contact with to treat your body with the love and respect it deserves and it will take care of you in return.
