Can you believe it we have almost reached September.
I don’t know about you but 2012 is flying past.
So what I decided to do yesterday was to review my goals and to see if I was on track. I think I’m doing pretty well but a couple of things have fallen by the way side so I set out a new plan for those and I ready to continue.
One of the areas I needed to focus on was reducing my body fat. I had a shoulder operation a number of months back and it took quite a bit of time before I could work out properly and I must say I was rather naughty with my food intake, especially chocolate and cupcakes but you’ll be pleased to know I have certainly kicked that to the curb and I’m more than on track with my body fat loss.
