After I recently had my first baby I needed help to lose ‘the baby fat’ and a friend of mine told me about a great Personal Trainer who worked locally as well as giving online support. I have a very busy schedule with being a nurse and a Mum so Steph fits into my plans and makes me work out hard every time we meet up, and even when I’m working out on my own she’s in my head motivating me to reach my goals.
Since working with Steph I have lost 5 inches off my waist and have more energy than I did when I was in my 20’s! I have now reached my fitness & weight loss goals but I continue to have Steph train me weekly because I find her so motivating and find her workouts hard work but so worthwhile.

A very good friend of mine who I hadn’t seen for a while came to stay with me and when I saw her I was amazed! Steph has trained us both on and off for the past few years both in person and via online coaching support. When we both decided to take early retirement from our physically and mentally demanding jobs we didn’t realize the effect it would have on our bodies. After a while we both started to realize that being more sedentary was taking it’s toll on each of us in different ways. Jen’s body was starting to ache much more and her circulation was poor and I was diagnosed as borderline Type 2 Diabetic!
Steph doesn’t mess around, within less than 3 months we had both seen a huge improvement, with myself (Tim) dropping 2 pant sizes! The main bonus for me was that I was told by my Doctor that I was no longer borderline Diabetic and could hold off on medication as long as I continued to follow this healthier, more active lifestyle. Jen’s circulation improved and she got the thumbs up from her Doctor too which was a huge relief. Jen also firmed up some area’s she wanted to and the aches went away within 2 months. We have continued to receive support from Steph and owe our new lease of life to all her help and motivation.

Steph’s workouts are always so challenging, well designed and totally effective. For someone like myself who has little time to go back and forth to a gym she has designed a great fat busting workout for me that I can do anywhere and I love it! My diet has also had an overhaul since receiving coaching by Steph. Because I travel a lot I used to just grab what I could, where I could falling into an unhealthy trap, but now I ensure that I always have healthy snacks for on the go and eat a varied, nutritional diet. Steph is halfway across the world but I have never worked with a more supportive Trainer and am thankful that I found her.
